Ihre Aufgaben

Erster Ansprechpartner für potenzielle Kunden, um deren Anforderungen und Bedürfnisse zu analysieren und passende Lösungen vorzuschlagen
Durchführung von Pre-Sales-Aktivitäten wie Produktpräsentationen, Erstellung von Angeboten und Verhandlungen von Vertragskonditionen
Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen, um maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für unsere Kunden zu entwickeln
Kontinuierliche Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung, um unser Portfolio und unsere Verkaufsstrategien stets aktuell zu halten
Teilnahme an Messen, Branchenveranstaltungen und Networking-Events, um neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu erschließen

Ihr Profil

Wünschenswert: Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Marketing
Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Pre-Sales, Vertrieb oder Kundenberatung, idealerweise in einer digitalen Agentur oder einem IT-Unternehmen
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
Hohe Affinität zu digitalen Medien, Technologien und aktuellen Branchentrends

Your mission

First contact for potential customers in order to analyze their requirements and needs and propose suitable solutions
Carrying out pre-sales activities such as product presentations, preparing offers and negotiating contract conditions
Collaborate with internal departments to develop customized solutions for our customers
Continuously monitor the market and competition to keep our portfolio and sales strategies up-to-date
Participate in business events such as exhibitions, networking events and industry events in order to develop new business opportunities

Your profile

At least 2 years of professional experience in pre-sales, sales or customer consulting, ideally in a digital agency or IT company
Strong communication and presentation skills
Written and spoken business German
High affinity for digital media, technologies and current industry trends
